The Stuff You Hate On A Stranger’s Food Blog

This was a recipe from Rick Martinez’s Mi Cocina cookbook. Posting because I use it in other recipes. Go buy the book. Or get it from your local library.


Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp dried mexican oregano

  • 2 tbsp black peppercorn

  • 8 allspice berries

  • 5 whole cloves

  • 1 1-inch stick canela or cassia cinnamon

  • 1 dried bay leaf

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

 

Process

  1. Grind it all in a spice mill. Put it in a jar.
