Ingredients
3 Tbsp dried mexican oregano
2 tbsp black peppercorn
8 allspice berries
5 whole cloves
1 1-inch stick canela or cassia cinnamon
1 dried bay leaf
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Process
Grind it all in a spice mill. Put it in a jar.
