Sloppy Joses

When someone hears you like hot sauce they give you hot sauce. If that person is from Florida or shopping at a TJ Maxxx/Marshalls type of place you’re going to get Datil pepper hot sauce. Datil peppers are versatile for hot sauce because they act as a foundation to make something sweeter, hotter, sourer-er, etc. This Datil sauce was good; sweet like ketchup almost, but screamed MANWICH. So it’s some of that 80/20 moo-moo meat and datil pepper sauce on buttered-and-toasted buns and some white shredded cheddar.
